CAMPS
Camp season is fast approaching, and we wanted to give you all a few reminders and some helpful links moving forwards.
USAG Memberships expire on July 31st. You will not be able to enter your kids if you, your club and your athletes are not up to date through the 2025 season. If you are waiting to redo SafeSport, U101, background etc. that is perfectly fine. However, you MUST make sure that your background check is cleared before the start of camp. If your background check is not cleared, then you will have a pending membership. If your membership is pending, then you WILL NOT be allowed on the floor at camp.
With that being said, we want to be able to get all the information out as early as possible. The 2024 High Tech and High Performance Schedules are posted on the Region 5 Website. The schedule has where the groups will start but groups have not been finalized/posted since we are still missing entries.
Below you will find a link to the 2024 Coaches Preferences Form for the Level 10 High Tech and High Performance Camps. You will also find a Google Sheet where you can list your athletes that plan on attending each camp. Use this only if you are waiting to enter your kids until after the 31st. There is a tab for High Tech and a tab for High Performance. Please make sure you are entering your athletes in the proper camps and filling out all the information needed. We would like to be able to try to get groups and staffing done soon so that way that information can be provided sooner rather than later.
