2016 State Chairman Nominations
Call for Nominations for the position of State Administrative Chair. Nominations will be accepted beginning February 1, 2016 to March 1, 2016. Nominations must be mailed to Dave Stiles, 105 Woodland Lane, Carmel, IN 46032 or emailed email@example.com.
Nominees will be posted on the USA Gymnastics website beginning April 1, 2016 with voting taking place between February 1 – 15, 2016.
Term of office begins July 1, 2016.
Nominees must be: A Professional Member of the Women’s Program, at least 21 years old and in good standing for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years immediately prior to the nomination.
A member in good standing is defined as a person who has complied with all aspects of the program as outlined in the Rules and Policies. Special circumstances involving residency criteria for any State or Regional Chairman position can be petitioned to the Regional Administrative Committee (RAC), in consultation with the National Administrative Committee Chairman (NACC), if necessary. Prior to being placed on the ballot, all nominees must sign a document that verifies that they have read and understand the duties and responsibilities of the office for which they have been nominated and submit their resumes to the appropriate USA Gymnastics officer. Current elected officers seeking re-election must be compliant with all their duties and responsibilities.
SECTION L- STATE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN (SACC)
Must have been active within that State’s program for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years.
It is strongly recommended that the candidates have financial skills, organizational skills, communication skills, a working knowledge of the program, a willingness to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the position.

The USA Gymnastics Region 5 Hall of Fame has been developed to recognize individuals within the Region 5 gymnastics community who have contributed significantly to the growth, promotion or visibility of USA Region 5 Gymnastics.
2016 Hall of Fame Nomination Form is now available.
Nominations for the Class of 2016 Region 5 Hall of Fame must be completed and sent by April 15, 2016 to: Augusta A. Lipsey, 3705 Miller Road, Kalamazoo, MI 49001.
Nominations received after that date will be considered the subsequent year.

* All nominees must be USA Gymnastics Women’s Program Professional Members in good standing for a minimum of two consecutive years immediately prior to the nomination.
* Be at least 21 years old
* Meet the prerequisites in Article V of the Operating Code Section H found posted in the Rules section of the USA Gymnastics website, Women’s Program home page.
The position will begin July 1, 2015 and is a four (4) year term.
Nominations are to be sent to the National Administrative Committee Chair no later than March 1st.
